Newly renovated city centre apartment in the heart of Belfast. Open plan living, large double bedroom, private bathroom and spacious living room. With secure parking (prior arrangement necessary) and outstanding views of the city and cave hill.

Located within walking distance from the city centre, surrounded by some of Belfast's most popular bars, restaurants and attractions. Sofa bed and extra bedding can be supplied upon request. Quite residential apartment block. Not suitable for partying.

Guests can access the apartment by the front door with the use of a fob. Our apartment is on the 4th floor and there is lift access.

Guests can also access the apartment through the Carpark which has direct access to the apartment block. A separate fob for the car park is needed and can be requested with prior arrangement.

I am 10 minutes away from the apartment and can be contacted at anytime during your stay if you need anything.

The apartment is 5/10 mins walk from the city centre, just over Queen Elizabeth’s bridge. It is a short walk from the SSE Arena and the Titanic quarter.

There is free parking in a multi storey carpark upon request. Please note this must be arranged before your stay as a fob is needed for entry. Getting around is easy. Belfast city centre is within 5 mins walk. There are local bus stops outside accommodation and the train station is a 10 min walk away and bus station 3 mins walk away.

If the car park space is needed during your stay you need to let me know before your stay so I can arrange for a separate car park fob to be left.

The keys and fobs are left in a key box outside the apartment. The key box is in a dimly lit spot attached to green railings on Scrabo street. When accessing after dark especially during winter a flash light is needed.
